What is Fields of Alchemy?

Fields of Alchemy is a membership-based co-working place for practitioners of holistic wellness and wellbeing, spiritual support, and the creative arts. Counselors, teachers, guides, therapists, naturopaths, bodyworkers, and energy workers sharing space, resources, and good company at the very center of Portland. Across from Powell's Books, at the heart of it all, our offices and gathering spaces are available by the half- or full-day monthly, or for special events and long-form offerings. Whether you're building a practice, deepening a community, or creatively experimenting — there's a place here for your work.

Fields of Alchemy rents and sublets therapy and counseling offices in half-day blocks of time or 2-hour time slots. We have six beautiful and professionally decorated rooms to choose from, and we are located in downtown Portland, Oregon, across from Powell's. The building is historic with hardwood floors and beautiful light. Secure door code entry, fast Wi-Fi, ADA bathrooms, locked-bike storage, and a tea and filtered-water bar are included.

Spaciousness is an ongoing series of evening offerings at Fields of Alchemy for people who spend their days holding space for others—therapists, counselors, doctors, nurses, bodyworkers, guides, and practitioners of all kinds who rarely have a room of their own to simply receive. The offerings run between an hour and ninety minutes and move through the full range of what an evening can hold: yoga, sound, meditation, movement, nervous system work, workshop, or simply gathering with others who understand this kind of work from the inside.

Hosted in Mirror Studio, a large open room on the fourth floor of the North Pacific Building, the series moves through different facilitators, modalities, and moods—sometimes contemplative, sometimes in motion, occasionally just in conversation. What stays consistent is the orientation: these evenings are designed for those who usually tend to everyone else.

Somatic therapist Ariel Reiner and Dr. Brianna Sas invite you into embodied presence with Practitioner Magic.

Born from a desire to offer ourselves the same care we extend to others, Practitioner Magic is a space to slow down, fill our cups, and tend to ourselves, together. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, subtle energy practices, and Qigong, we’ll explore embodied presence in a space of shared practice and community.
