An intimate, monthly gathering for those longing for deeper connection with themselves and others through somatic exploration and shared group process.
Together, we’ll create space to slow down, turn inward, and explore what feels alive or is emerging in your life. Through guided embodiment practices and shared group process, we’ll deepen awareness of ourselves, our patterns, and how we relate to others, while cultivating greater embodiment, nervous system regulation, and somatic resources to support us in everyday life.
There is a unique potency to group work. The presence and reflection of others can offer fresh perspectives, illuminate familiar patterns, and open possibilities for new ways of relating.
Join us for a single session or return throughout the series. Advance registration and a brief introductory conversation are required to help create a supportive group experience.
