In this monthly series, we gather to cultivate the inner conditions that allow creativity to live through us in welcoming and expansive ways. Within a shared environment of curiosity, presence, and possibility, you’ll be guided through subconscious explorations, hypnotic techniques, mindfulness, and a splash of expressive arts practices to access resource states, deepen sensory awareness, and shift perspectives. Part immersive practice, part class, this gathering supports the discovery and integration of the resources and insights most needed for your creative life now.

In my approach, hypnosis may be experienced as dropping into a weighted, relaxed, light, and expansive feeling, or as subtle as sitting and listening to my voice. Sometimes feeling similar to meditation and all the varied experiences of meditation. Sometimes euphoric and playful. And however you feel and experience this varies throughout a gathering or a session, ebbing and flowing.
In the context of this gathering, this will be structured as immersive practice and exploration, offering you an opportunity to make ecological shifts, allowing your inner ecosystem to respond and reorganize, creating space and making new connections for your whole system to experience and learn from. This was also created as a monthly practice; repetition can deepen your capacity for hypnotic change work.
My approach is relational. Hypnosis is not something done to you; there is a multilevel call-and-response unfolding, with the broadest intention of bringing you into rapport with your subconscious mind. This may be experienced as following your intuitive guidance, trusting yourself, inner coherence, feeling free, embodying the energy of who you truly are, and yes, living creatively!
